How To Make A No Sew Tutu

I've always hated sewing, so I'm so glad to find this video on YouTube showing a step-by-step proses of making a tutu without sewing. It's an easy and inexpensive way to create a tutu for your own little girl or niece. All you need are 4 yards of tulle (about 99 cents a yard at Joann's), 3 yards of satin ribbon, scissors, and a ruler.
